Shipping policy
We value our customers time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest of conditions, on or before the committed date. In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express & Ecom Express.
Delivery Timeline:
- While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 4-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.
Shipping Charges:
- Pan India: We provide free shipping across India.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.
- If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can message us on what's app, our customer care at 7075229512 or mail us at Support@hassiny.com mentioning your order number and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
